CLEANING PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
Please schedule adequate time to clean the house prior to leaving.
The cleaning fee you are paying is for inspection and deep cleaning ie: Sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, moping floors, etc. If this cleaning takes over three hours, you will be charged for the extra cleaning and it will come out of your deposit at a rate of $25.00 per hour.
Please try to return the house to the condition it was prior to your visit.
· Wash dishes/put them away
· Sweep/vacuum floors
· Clean counters/table tops etc.
· General cleaning up after yourselves.
Cleaning Supplies: You are responsible for cleaning supplies but there is several cleaning supplies available for your use. If you use something up then please replace it.
