Lilley Lake Lodge

Home was built in 1993 and is  

approx. 1600 Sq ft. 

Sleeps up to 8 people 

No Smoking and No Pets Please! 

Home is located 1 block from the lake shore near the resorts in Peninsula Village.  

Bring your Boat and launch it at one of the resorts or rent a boat from them.

Master Bedroom -- Queen Bed 

Living Room -- Sofa Bed, Recliner, 2nd Matching Sofa and Rocking Love Seat.  

Kitchen with -- Gas Range, Refrigerater/ Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Toaster, Service for 8+ and Pots Pan, Utensils etc.      

Oak Dining Room table with/leaf room for 8 and High Chair too 

Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer 

Wood stove in living room 

Central forced air heat throughout home 

Entertainment Center with 27" TV, Local Cable, VHS VCR, DVD, Nintendo 64. Many Games and Movies. (see list below) 

Telephone (Please use calling card or credit card for long distance calls)    

Deck has Patio Table 6 Chairs and Gas BBQ 

Both bathrooms have Shower/Tub combinations 

Plenty of parking in on Street, and Driveway. (Garage is not accessible to renters)  

The empty lot next door at 466 Ponderosa Dr. is owned by us and available for use by renters.

OTHER USEFULL INFORMATION  

 

PHONE 

Phone is for local Chester/Lake Almanor calls only. If you need to call outside the local area then please use a Calling Card, Credit Card or your Cellular phone. There is good Cellular reception using our AT&T phones. I am not sure about other carriers.  The phone number to LILLEY LAKE LODGE is (530) 596 - 4658 

 

LAUNDRY 

There is a washer and dryer available for your use. Please bring your own laundry detergent. Please clean the lint screen after each use of the dryer.  

 

LINENS AND TOWELS 

Please bring your own linens and towels. A limited supply of linens and towels are available to you in case you need them. If you use any of ours, then please launder them and return them to the linen closet prior to departure.  

 

FOOD 

There is a limited amount of spices and condiments. Please feel free to use whatever is in the kitchen and refrigerator. If you use something up then please replace it. Any food items left after your departure will be discarded. 

 

BBQ 

There is a Propane BBQ on the back deck for your use. Please use extreme CAUTION!  

·      Never attempt to light the BBQ while the lid is closed  

·      Please turn Propane tank valve off after use 

·      Please roll BBQ out in the open before use (not under roof eves) 

·      Do not replace BBQ cover while BBQ is still hot 

 

ENTERTAINMENT CENTER, 

There is a large selection of movies, DVD’s and N64 games for your use. (See below for a list) 

For DVD’s use TV channel 91 

For VHS tapes use TV channel 3 

For N64 games use TV channel 3 

There are also some table games and a Brio train set for the kids. 

 

GARAGE/BASEMENT/ENTRY CLOSET.  

These areas contain the personal belongs of the owner. They should remain locked from tenant use at all times.
